Part-Time Peripatetic Piano Teacher
Farlington School is seeking an experienced, inspiring peripatetic piano teacher to deliver piano lessons from beginner to Grade 8 standard. This is a self-employed, term-time role, available from Summer 2025, and will amount to approximately two days' teaching, initially. Piano is a very popular instrument at Farlington School and, as a result, we have three piano teachers for the Music Department.
Farlington School has a brand new Music Department located in the Mansion House. Each term there is the opportunity for students to perform in recitals and to take Trinity examinations. While this is a self-employed role, meals are provided to peripatetic staff on teaching days.
Farlington is a co-educational day and boarding school and nursery for children aged 6 months to 18 years, and is set in 33 acres of beautiful Sussex countryside. The school enjoys a strong reputation for its academic excellence and welcoming community.
