Farlington celebrates the Platinum Jubilee in style

We had such a fantastic time at our  Platinum Jubilee Garden Party today, to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen's 70 years on the throne.

The Senior School students kicked off the celebrations with a royal luncheon on the South Lawn, which was followed by a royal afternoon tea for the Lower & Middle School students.

With all students and staff dressed in their Sunday best for the occasion, there was music and dancing, singing and games, and even a photo booth complete with props! 

Each student was given a commemorative Platinum Jubilee coin, and we all sang the National Anthem as we waved our Union Jacks.

The sun shone, the food was delicious, and it was the perfect way to welcome in the Half Term break.
