Year 7 re-enact the Battle of Hastings

As part of their History unit on the Norman Conquest, today Year 7 re-enacted the Battle of Hastings, which was fought on this day 955 years ago! This re-enactment helped students to understand the techniques used by King Harold and William, the Duke of Normandy – and why William was able to win, and change England forever.
